Killer Gin & Tonic

- 60ml Gin
- 180ml ounces tonic water, to taste
- Lime wedge + sprig of Rosemary
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 cup sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup water

Mixed Berry Syrup:
Bring strawberries, blueberries, and water to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer until the syrup turns a dark magenta color, about 15 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a mesh strainer.
Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.Add all of the martini ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Give the mixture a few vigorous shakes. Transfer the mixture to a chilled martini glass. Cheers!
